Discover the Benefits of Pilates at Brazos Emerge

At Brazos Emerge, Pilates is more than a workout—it’s a mindful movement practice rooted in the philosophy of Joseph Pilates, who believed that “Change happens through movement and movement heals.”  At Brazos Emerge, we believe Pilates is for everyone—adaptable for all ages, body types, and experience levels—because each exercise can be thoughtfully modified to meet individual needs and goals. Our approach emphasizes strength, alignment, mobility, and body awareness through precise, low-impact movement that builds deep core stability, improves flexibility and balance, and supports injury prevention.


What makes the experience at Brazos Emerge unique is the setting itself. Sessions take place in a beautifully restored historic site in downtown Bryan, with a welcoming atmosphere that feels more like moving in your own home rather than exercising in a traditional gym. Individual and small sessions allow you to focus inward, move with confidence, and feel supported by both the space and the community around you.

Initial Postural Assessment

Each private session includes an initial complimentary 30-minute assessment to identify any injuries, misalignments, or areas of imbalance. During this time, your instructor will conduct a full-body analysis and collaborate with you to clarify personal goals, past challenges, and areas for focused improvement. Additional complimentary assessments occur after every 2 months, to watch progress towards individual goals. 


Semi-private and trio sessions may include an assessment for an additional $25 charge. 

Inidividual Pilates Classes

After your complimentary 30-minute assessment, experience a fully personalized Pilates session designed to meet your unique goals and movement needs. In this one-on-one, 50-minute session, your instructor will guide you through focused exercises that improve strength, flexibility, alignment, and body awareness.

Whether you’re recovering from injury, enhancing performance, or simply seeking to move with greater ease and confidence, this session provides individualized attention and expert guidance to help you move better, feel stronger, and live more mindfully.
After every 2 months, clients receive a complimentary 30-minute reassessment to review overall progress and revisit their established goals. This evaluation helps ensure continued growth and a personalized plan that evolves with you.



COST: $70 per session or 

Choose one of our monthly subscriptions:
One Individual Sessions per week = $270/month

Two Individual Sessions per week = $500/month

Three Individual Sessions per week = $690/month
*includes an initial assessment session and then one every 3 months

Pilates Classes for Two

Grab a friend and sign up for a Pilates class for two

Experience the benefits of personalized Pilates training in a supportive and motivating small-group setting. In this 50-minute duet session, you’ll work alongside a partner—whether a friend, family member, or fellow mover—with individualized guidance tailored to each participant’s needs and goals.
Your instructor will provide focused attention to ensure proper form, alignment, and balanced progression, helping both participants build strength, flexibility, and body awareness through mindful movement.


Assessments are available for an additional charge - $25 for a 30 minute assessment per client.


Cost: $45 per person per session or 

Choose one of our monthly subscriptions:
One Duet Session per week = $165/month

Two Duet Sessions per week = $290/month

Three Duet Sessions per week = $375/month

Trio Mat and Spine Corrector Classes

Come join a class with two of your friends

Experience the benefits of personalized Pilates training in a supportive and motivating small-group setting. In this 50-minute trio session, you’ll work through exercises on the mat, the spine corrector, and other Pilates small props. Your instructor will provide focused attention to ensure proper form, helping clients build strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance through mindful movement.


Assessments are available for an additional charge - $25 for a 30 minute assessment. 


Cost: $35 per person per session or

One Trio Session per week = $125/month

Two Trio Sessions per week = $210/month

Three Trio Sessions per week = $260/month
